These terms govern your use of Heyly, an AI phone assistant operated by Anaki. By creating an account or letting Heyly handle calls on your line, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Heyly answers inbound calls on a number you control, assists you live on calls you answer yourself, and places outbound calls you instruct it to place. It produces recordings, transcripts, summaries and follow-up actions from those calls.
Heyly is an assistant, not a person and not a guarantee. It can mishear, misroute or misunderstand a call. Do not use it as the only channel for anything where a missed or mishandled message causes serious harm, and never as an emergency or medical line.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping access to your account secure, and for everything done through it. You must be at least 18 years old and using Heyly for a business purpose.
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly.
We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of this section, without notice where the risk is immediate.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Usage above your plan allowance is charged as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue.
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it. Telephony charges incurred on your behalf are not refundable once the calls have been carried.
You keep ownership of your business data and your call content. We process it to run the service as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use your call content to train generalised AI models.
Where Heyly processes personal data about the people who call you, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor.
We aim to keep the service running continuously, and we do not promise it. Calls depend on carriers, networks and third-party AI providers we do not control. Maintenance, outages and provider failures happen. Where an outage is ours and material, tell us and we will make it right on your bill.
To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Heyly after that date means you accept the updated terms.
You can close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 3. On closure we delete your data on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
